1. End User License Agreement (EULA)

Gridverse grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the application on mobile devices owned or controlled by you, strictly for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

For iOS users, this license incorporates Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement:

2. Subscriptions & Billing (Gridverse PRO)

• Auto-Renewable Terms: Subscriptions (Monthly and Annual plans) renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
• Payment Processing: Charges are processed directly through your Apple ID or Google Play account upon purchase confirmation.
• Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's account settings (iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions; Android: Google Play > Payments & subscriptions).
• Lifetime Access: Lifetime and Duo Lifetime purchases are one-time payments granting permanent entitlement without recurring charges.

3. Account Responsibilities & Termination

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and login credentials. You may terminate your account and delete all associated data at any time through the in-app deletion button in your Profile settings.

4. Intellectual Property

All educational curriculum, interactive simulation engines, visual artwork, trademarks, and branding (including Celdi the spreadsheet mascot) are the exclusive property of Gridverse.
